1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Mwamko Grand Trails you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (minimum 30 % of total cost) and written confirmation from Mwamko. Full payment is due 14 days before departure.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30+ days before departure: 10 % fee. 15–29 days: 30 % fee. 7–14 days: 50 % fee. Less than 7 days: 100 % fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4. Liability

Mwamko Grand Trails acts as an agent for transport, accommodation and activity providers. We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our control.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational circumstances. Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
